OUTFIT RENTAL POLICY

Return deadlines

  • • Please return outfits by the agreed time.
  • • 1 day late: surcharge of 10,000đ per item.
  • • 2+ days late: surcharge of 50,000đ per day per item.

Pickup & return hours

  • • Opening hours: 09:00 – 20:30, every day of the week.
  • • We do not offer pickup or return outside these hours.

Product condition

  • • Please take good care of the outfit while using it.
  • • The following require compensation at 100% of the item value:
    • Stains that cannot be removed
    • Tears or damage
    • Loss of the item

Deposit options

  • • You may leave a deposit using:
    • Cash
    • National ID card
  • • Note: If you cancel after placing a deposit, the deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling

  • • One reschedule is supported.
  • • From the second request onward, we cannot process further changes.

Online rental

  • • Pay 100% of the rental fee + a deposit equal to the item value.
  • • You pay shipping costs.
  • • We refund the deposit within 24 hours after receiving and inspecting the item.
  • • The following require compensation at 100% of the item value:
    • Stains that cannot be removed
    • Tears or damage
    • Loss of the item
